Are the sneakers original?

All sneakers are new and authentic. Before arriving in your hands they are checked to ensure their authenticity. All sneakers come directly from our network of commercial and professional partners and have never been worn and are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.

How do you manage to get the limited edition sneakers?

The sneakers come out in limited quantities and are sold out in stores and on traditional sites in a very short time. Our mission: to give you access to these perfectly new and authentic products in complete safety. For this, we work in collaboration with a network of partner resellers, individuals and professionals in Europe and overseas to obtain these products for you, even after their release.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Yes, it is possible to pay on delivery for all orders not exceeding €250 by selecting the "pay on delivery" option at checkout. The service costs €5.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free in Italy for all items sold in the store.

How long do sneakers take to be delivered?

Standard delivery of orders marked "Express 24/48h" takes place on average from 1 to 3 working days from shipment of the order in Italy, from 2 to 5 working days in Europe.
Standard delivery of orders with no wording, not being physically available in the warehouse but having to be ordered, have a delivery time that varies from 3 to 20 working days.
